I am trying to connect to the Azure SQL Database from a Fabric notebook using my credentials, with authentication via Azure Active Directory Universal with MFA.

Make sure that all connection parameters (server, database, username, and authentication) are properly configured.
Ensure that your AAD configuration is properly set up. You might need to register your application in Azure AD and assign the required permissions.
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the ODBC Driver for SQL Server.
