I am setting up a new microsoft tenancy as part of a rebranding process for my organization based off of Singapore. I have assigned Microsoft Fabric (Free) license for my user but I am getting this error message while trying to Start Free Fabric Trial.
This is happening for all of the users even though they have been assigned a license; including the users with Global Admin and Fabric Admin priviliges.
I checked the documentation and it says that Fabric Trials are supported in Singapore region and sometimes for new tenants this kind of error might pop up. But it has been more than 2 weeks and the same error persists.
Since this is a new tenant and it is the first time I am trying to start the trial, not able to figure out why this is happening

Hi @Shashwot I just recently experienced the EXACT SAME THING! And I was about to open an official case with MSFT when, out of nothing just a couple days after I initiated Fabric on my tenant... it worked! My conclusion is that, when you create a new tenant from scratch, IT TAKES TIME for some background processes to complete, hence, this is transcient issue on new tenants, just need to wait a couple of days and give it a try, in my case, it took 48 hours. What I also did was to create an F2 capacity to check everything (permissions, licenses, etc.) worked correctly while I waited/investigated the trial issue, perhaps this action also trigger "something" that also help enablilng the creation of trial accounts (is just an hyphothesis) but give a try! If not, then, wait and I'll get fix
Hope my experience helps, if it does, I would appreciate a kudos and if I'm right, mark as solution! All the best
Hi @Shashwot
Ideally, If your tenent created recently you need to wait until 90days completion. Have a look on response from microsoft. Pls check below accepted solutons

Hi @Shashwot
Have you had a chance to look through the responses shared earlier? If anything is still unclear, we’ll be happy to provide additional support.
Hi @v-aatheeque! Yes, I looked through the responses shared earlier. It appears that background processes for tenant detail verification takes time and my problem is a transient issue until that process gets completed. Thanks for your response

HI @svenchio thank you for your response. In my case, I just had to wait it out since we had only recently added billing information to our tenancy. It took about 1 week to start working. Cheers!
