It seems that when using lakehouse schema, the table is not synchronized on sql warehouse.
I created a lakehouse with lakehouse schema and a table.
However, when i switch to sql warehouse, i can't see the created tables like when using normal lakehouse.

The SQL Analytics Endpoint does not work in Lakehouses which has Schema (Preview) enabled.

Have you tried to manually refresh on the dbo tables folder?
AFAIK, the sql endpoint table not real-time syncing from lakehouse, so you may need to manually refresh and waiting for some times. If these operations still not works, can you please share some more detail about this table?
BTW, you can also take a look at the preview lakehouse schema feature limits if they meets to your scenario:
