Sharepoint tasklist group value not refreshing

Hi,

I have a sharepoint tasklist (not custom list) in sync to a ms project file.

Whenever I update in sharepoint the task progress percentage, the group percentage is not updating and it should.

Although when I open the ms project file itself, do nothing, just open and close, then it synchronizes and updates the sharepoint list values.

Is there any way to refresh to "mimic" the sync process or add some custom code in sharepoint?

I know sharepoint is not designed for live data but there are only a few daily changes for which I made an automated refresh.

AFAIK, current the sync operations seems not support work with custom codes.
