Selector not showing for Experiences in Microsoft fabric

hi,

I created a capacity in azure and assigned it to my workspace

 I do not see the experience switcher:

I used a trial before and it worked, but now with a real capacity i do not see the icon. 

Also when creating new items with the create button on the left, I only see powerbi items.

I for myself have a pro license.

what did i miss?
