SQL Endpoint Measures deleted after Dataflow gen2 refresh

I have several Dataflow Gen2's bringing in data to my Fabric Lakehouse. The issue I'm having is, in the SQL Endpoint, any measures that I create are deleted when the table's respective Dataflow Gen2 is refreshed. I've built reports using these measures that break the next day when the overnight refresh removes the measures. Is there a setting I'm missing to prevent the measures from going away upon refresh?
