I am creating a new trial account in MS Fabric and while doing so I get
How do I create a 60-day free trial account?
tagging @tayloramy to help with this issue.

Wow @ISHPREETKaur it seems something very specific to you and your hotmail account, I've use this method meny times over and I've refer other people to the same article with positive results (not a single one exception thus far); fixing whatever is wrong with your current accounts is out of my scope as it would be SO MANY THINGS, including something wrong at microsoft side completely outside of this conversations scope (I suggest you to create a support ticket if fixing your current account is MUST). From Fabric side and laser focus on getting you a Fabric trial, here's what I want you to try: CREATE A NEW HOTMAIL account from scratch, and then, with that new account, follow the steps on my article to also create a new azure tenant and domain, I would like to thing this will work ... let me know how it goes 😉
Hi,
Yes this is solved. Thanks for your help!

Hi @ISHPREETKaur
I wanted to check if you had the opportunity to review the valuable information provided by @svenchio , @AntoineW and @suparnababu8 . Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Thank you.
HI @ISHPREETKaur perhaps it would be worth clarify that, within any given tenant a max of 5 Fabric-trial capacities can be granted, this message means you are not one of the lucky ones to claim one and there's nothing you nor your admin can do to have more, this is VERY STRICT limitation from MSFT... even if the owner of one of these trial capacities cancel his/her, you won't be able to create one additional anyways 😒
In this context, I'll answer "How do I create a 60-day free trial account?" as follow:
You NEED A TENANT (existing or new) WITH AVAILABLE FREE-TRIAL CAPACITIES, ever since people ask about this in the past, I create in my blog an article describing the process of creating a new tenant from a hotmail account and then using this new tentant to claim a fabric trial capacity Brilliant! How to get started with Fabric with a Hotmail account
Follow the steps indicated 😁🤞 and in no time, you will have a trail capacity to continue exploring Fabric capabilities... hopefully this answer your question, so, mark this as a solution and a thubs-up would be very much appreciated to.... best of lucks.
Hi @svenchio ,
I tried this method and when i login to azure using my hotmail account it does not prompt me to create a new tenant. I get something like this. is there some other method to create a new tenant after logging in with my hotmail account.
And when I try to search something in the search bar i get something like this
@ISHPREETKaur if you log into portal.azure.com and you don't get a wizard that instructs how to create a new domains, most likely is because you already created a domain with your hotmail before (e.g. usernamehotmail.onmicrosoft.com), the first image suggest this
Confirm by going to Microsoft Entra ID > Overview and look for primary domain as shown in the example below.
Usually when a new tentant is created, it takes time for some backend procesess to complete, so I suggest you to log-out completely, clean your browser cache, count 30 mintues and proceed with Step 3. Create a new organizational user , I'm pretty sure it will work this time ... best of lucks
And answering to your question about: "is there some other method to create a new tenant after logging in with my hotmail account" the answer is yes, but before that, let's try to fix your current domain.
This is what i get on going to entra id
This doesn't show on microsoft.com

Hi @ISHPREETKaur,
The limit of free trial is reached, I'm sure you can have colleagues that will share one workspace with you with a paid or a free fabric capacity, try to find person that already have fabric workspaces on a active fabric capacity.
Hello @ISHPREETKaur
The message box is saying that, your tenent reached maximum Fabric trail capacities. Bcz, each O365 tenetnt has limit of allowed Fabric trail license.Your current tenant has already used up the available quota, so no additional trials can be started under the same tenant. I would recommend you to check with your organisation Fabric Admin or you need to create trail account with another tenent. also pls visit this link Plan Your Microsoft Fabric Capacity: Strategic Guide Overview - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn it might helps you.
Thank you!!
