Hi @Paramasivan ,
Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
I would like to thank @suparnababu8 for their valuable inputs especially regarding cached data, please try again after clearing your browser cache and cookies as they stated also make sure you are using a work or school account associated with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) rather than a personal Microsoft account, such as those ending in @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, or similar domains. Free Fabric accounts are not available for personal Microsoft accounts, so you will need to sign in with an eligible organizational account to proceed.
If you find this post helpful, please mark it as an "Accept as Solution" and consider giving a KUDOS.
Thanks and Regards
Hi, Thanks for checking back with me. I changed the region and now I'm able to create the account.
We are not able to get a trial on a personal email account? How am I supposed to do the dp700 then? My business email is not letting me get a trial either... I get the same error as him on my personal email. Business email says admin has disabled trials.
Hello @neal301
If you need more info please go through below urls.

Thanks this is helpful., good clear answer, thanks Paul
This personal v business account distinction is a confusion, especially as the error displayed gives no indication of the account type being the problem
Also Co-pilot is giving this as an answer:
Yes, you can use a personal account to access Microsoft Fabric! If you already have a Microsoft account (such as an Outlook, OneDrive, or Xbox account), you can use it to sign in to Fabric2.
Would you like some help with the sign-in process, or do you have any other questions about using Fabric?

Thanks for your support, @suparnababu8.
Unfortunately, I'm still facing the same issue. I used my work email, and as shown in the attached image, the Power BI trial is activated, but Fabric is not. It gives the following error: 'We cannot assign you a free Microsoft Fabric trial capacity due to an error.
