Hi,
Since the last update (version 36), we're facing an issue with the Fabric capacity metrics. We have no data since the 22th of June:
even if we proceed manually refresh...Very weird and very impactfull
Thx for your help
The root cause of this problem was identified and mitigated. The data should be backfilled. If you are still having issues, please open a support ticket and sorry for the disruption.
re installing the APP does not bring any improvement unfortunatly.
How come a silend update breaks the data collection in PROD ? 😞
Is there a way to know what is included in this update ? no info on the PowerbI or Fabric BLOGS as far as i searched.
Hello @bmajcherczak,
I've opened a support ticket with Microsoft. I'm currently in contact with them....They took a few screenshots fo my admin portal and capacities management. That doesn't seem to be a known problem...They are investigating.
If I get more information, I'll write it on this topic. Currently, they're running internal telemetry. That problem is concerning especially the France region.
Great News.
Thanks for the update.
the issue is identified and escalated to the "higher" product team.
Microsoft is expecting the fix in the next 24h
Hi @XCT,
May I know if the issue has been resolved after raising the support ticket?
Also, since @tbindas-msft mentioned that the root cause has been identified and mitigated, kindly consider accepting the response as the solution if it resolved your problem. This will help other community members who might face a similar issue.
Thank you.
Same Here.
No data since 22nd of June.
it goes through all FABRICS & ADMIN reports.
Feature & usage reports as well
Hi @XCT,
As the issue still persists even after reinstalling the app, I recommend raising a support ticket so that the product team can investigate further and help identify the root cause.

Hi,
It's ok, I've opened a support ticket.
I hope that problem will find an end soon...
Hi,
Same problem.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but metrics haven't been visible since Sunday.
