I have opened a support case with MS Support. Their tech team could not solve my issue either.
I could not wait to get this resolved anymore so I just built a new server.
I am sorry I do not have an official resolution.
Were you able to fix it? My problem is that I'm trying to install it for the first time but as soon as the bar advances it rolls back.
I was never able to get a full solution. I did open a ticket with MS Support but I could not wait long enough for them to work through it. We had tight deadlines to get this stood up so I just built a new server. It installed fully without issue on a new server.
Not the best solution, but it is what I did.
