Power BI Dataflow Gen 2 in Prod workspace cannot Direct Query

Hi all

I have 2 workspace, QA and Prod and when i deploy the same Gen2 in QA to Prod, i realized that the Direct Query isnot available when querying from PBI Desktop. There is no dialog box asking whether to use Direct Query or not. 

In Gen 2 DF setting there is no option to toggle on or off for setting "Enhanced compute Engine" (for DQ).

Anyone has the same problem? The qa worskspace is ok.

Below is my setting for Gen2 & Gen1 DF setting where you can see that no Enhanced Compute Engine" setting is not there for Gen 2 DF.

In dekstop PBI i can see that the tables are all in multi-layered icon indicating that DQ is available but the dialog pop up does not appear.

No unfortunately it is not resolved.

Other workspace allow direct query for automatically for its Gen2 DF, but not this workspace.

This is for Gen2 dataflow, at firsth i thought only Gen1 has this setting and Gen2 are all automatic.

In QA environment, eventhough Gen2 DF doesnt have this setting, it allows DirectQuery. But in Prod environment, i cant use this DirectQuery.
