Pipeline Failed: Error Code 20302 User configuration Issue (Dataflow)
We raised a ticket with Microsoft and the solution was besides changing the 'Owned by' of the pipeline by opening up 'Settings' of the pipeline and selecting 'Take over' button you also have to make a change within the pipeline. In our case within the dataflow of the pipeline in the properties of the General or Settings tab I modified the text by tweaking the name or adding a description then saved. This will then change the 'Last Modified By' to the new owner. Having this two items changed will allow the pipeline to run under the new owner. Previously we only changed the 'Owned by'.
