Hello,
Am trying to create a pattern based trigger, so that whenever trigger conditions are met, it should send group matches into a single alert email instead of sending single row individual to the recipient which overwhelm the recipient mailbox, after selecting action type as Email, i could not find any toogle button to turn. below is the screenshot. Can you provide help on this?
Thanks

Hi @ultimateabd87 ,
I see what you mean, it can be really overwhelming for the mailbox if each matching row triggers a separate email. As far as I know, right now in Fabric’s alerting system, there isn’t a built-in way to group multiple matches into a single alert email for pattern-based triggers – at least not via the UI or a toggle as you mentioned in your screenshot.
What some folks do is use some kind of aggregation or batching logic before the alert action. For example, if you can set up your trigger query to summarize or batch the results, the alert will include only the grouped info. But if you want to collect several distinct matches and send them together, that’s a bit tricky without extra automation or using Logic Apps/Power Automate to catch and batch alerts before sending them as one email.
I’d recommend checking if your use case fits with a summary query, or looking into automating the email part with external tools if grouping is really needed.
If my response resolved your query, kindly mark it as the Accepted Solution to assist others. Additionally, I would be grateful for a 'Kudos' if you found my response helpful.
