One Lake crashes after entering credentials

I have installed OneLake. When I entered my credentials it crashes and is not listed in File Explorer. Here are Onelake logs

I see that the below message in the log . 

"Microsoft.OneLake.FileExplorer.Common.Exceptions.LakeStorageErrorException: OneLake is not supported for the current tenant cb68b948-53ad-4226-b635-94b34302b9c6. (Forbidden)"

I am wandering if your one lake was intially installed using a different login ? I think we should work with the Microsoft support team and find more about this .
