One Lake File Explorer syns issue

Let's say i am CustomerA, I had Viewer access to workspace and in which i had permission to lakehouse Files section that to particular Folder  let say: Files   ---Landing     |  ---CustomerA     ...

    Thank you for reaching out to the microsoft fabric community.

    Based on the details shared, the folder-level OneLake Security configuration appears to be working as expected, since users can access only their assigned folders through the Fabric portal.

    As documented by Microsoft, OneLake Security works in conjunction with existing Fabric permissions and does not replace Workspace or Item permissions:

    Could you please verify that the affected users have the required Workspace and Lakehouse permissions in addition to their folder-level OneLake Security assignments?
