New Items tab not showing all the workloads

I am helping a new client. They invited me as a guest to their Fabric tenant. After setting up a new Fabric Workspace I went to create an Eventstrem but it was not available:

Where should them enable all the Fabric items?

@fabricadmin

Thanks,

Martin

Yes, I followed the above steps but still cannot see tall the items.
Not clear about the Fabric license recommendation. There is not such a thing as I am aware.
The workspace has been assigned a Fabric capacity.
We'll keep trying different options, maybe loggin a ticket with Microsoft

Hi @mrojze ,

apologies for the continued trouble you're facing, and thank you for your patience in going through the suggested troubleshooting steps.

Since the issue persists despite those efforts, the next best step would be to raise a support ticket with Microsoft. This will allow the support team to investigate the problem in more depth, including access to tenant-specific configurations

You can raise a support request through the below link  : How to create a Fabric and Power BI Support ticket - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hope this helps !!

Hi @mrojze ,

Just following up to see if you're still encountering the issue you reported earlier.

If the problem persists despite trying the initial suggestions, we recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft. This will enable their support team to investigate tenant-specific settings and provide more tailored assistance.

If you’ve already submitted a support request, feel free to share the details here for tracking.

Please note that if we don’t receive an update soon, we may close this thread in line with our community guidelines. However, you’re always welcome to create a new post if further help is needed.

Thanks again for being a part of the Microsoft Fabric Community! Let us know if you'd like any help with creating the support ticket.

Pls check the follwing points

  • Make sure that your client tenet has granted access to create Fabric items to all users including guest users.
  • Also you can enable the 'Guest users can browse and access Fabric content' as shown in below image.

Thanks for your reply!

Those 2 settings were already enabled, otherwise I wouldn't be able to even see any Fabric items.

What do you mean if the client has a Fabric license that includes RealTime? Isn't all already included? I am also missing Notebooks and many other items.

Hi @mrojze ,

Thanks for reaching out!
If you're unable to see the Eventstream option in the Fabric Workspace as a guest user, here are a steps to consider:

  • Ensure that the guest account has an active Microsoft Fabric (trial or paid) license assigned within the client’s tenant. Eventstream is a premium feature and won’t appear without a valid license.
  • Confirm that the Fabric Workspace is backed by a Premium or Fabric capacity (not just Pro or shared capacity), as Eventstream requires dedicated capacity.
  • Eventstream may not be available in all regions. Check if the workspace was created in a supported region.
  • While you're a guest, make sure you’ve been assigned the necessary roles (e.g., Contributor or higher) within the workspace to create Eventstream resources.

Hope this helps !!
