Microsoft Fabric SQL Endpoint - Unable to grant select permission on delta table to Azure AD Group

Hi , 

I am trying to GRANT SELECT on a delta table to an Azure Active Directory Group through Fabric SQL End point.However i am getting the error - Principal 'XYZ@abc.com' could not be found or this principal type is not supported.

Any help to resolve this is hightly appreciated.

The above issue is resolved. Looks like it was a transient issue.
