Is the South Central region experiencing performance issues?

Hello,

I have several pipeline jobs that are supposed to move files between 7-9 am Central time. The jobs seem to be backed up in the queue and are running, at this point, 1-2 hours later. The Monitor page will not load information and seems to be out of sync with the jobs running. A job will show as 'Not started' but will show as succeeded when selected and on the monitor page for the run. Is there a performance issue currently? I'm unable to see the health status page.

Hi. There are problems around Americas. South central is involved.  You can check status servers in here:

I Hope it gets fixed soon

Hi @jrueschhoff,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum. Thank you @ibarrau, for your inputs on this thread.

I understand you're experiencing delays with your pipeline jobs and inconsistencies with the Monitor page, and that you’re currently unable to check the Health Status page.

Based on your description, this behaviour suggests a possible performance degradation affecting the South-Central region. I am currently checking internally for any reported service incidents.

In the meantime, here are some steps you can take:

  • Monitor Runs via API: Since the UI may be delayed, you can monitor job statuses using Fabric’s REST APIs for a more accurate view.
  • Mitigate Load: If feasible, consider rescheduling non-critical jobs outside of peak hours (before 7 AM CT or after 9 AM CT).

If these jobs are critical to your operations and require immediate attention, please open a support ticket with the relevant run IDs so we can assist you faster.

Please consider raising a Microsoft support ticket. You can create a Microsoft support ticket using the link below:

Thank you for your help! I appreciate it. Do you happen to know if there is a lag with the support page you referenced? I found the support page yesterday but everything showed 'Good' when I look at it around 8:30-9am central. I didn't check on it later in the day.

I'm really not sure. I guess it's not real time. It might take some time since you are feeling it's not working correctly and when it's finally reported at the status server.

Regards
