Impossible to create a Fabric trial

I have spent 2 days jumping through hoops of fire trying to create a fabric trial.  I have tried every possible way to create a trial account from over a dozen Youtube videos and nothing works.

Why does microsoft make it so difficult to obtain a trial account?

Snowflake, Big query, and databricks offer trials with a simple personal email.  With microsoft I have to practically become an Azure admin to try and get a trial...and that is not guaranteed to work.

Dear Microsoft, how on earth are you going to get people excited about your product if you make it impossible to try it?

@jmena, Thanks for reaching MS fabric community support.

It seem's there is an  issue in accessing fabric free trail capacity with personal account. We kindly request you to create a business account with a domain name ending in onmicrosoft.com

As Per the Microsoft only School or Organization accounts can use Trial or else you can create on microsoft.com email and you can test with that

please find attached document for reference:

Sign up for Power BI with a new Microsoft 365 trial - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

After successful creation of  Business account , you may refer to the following documentation :
Fabric trial capacity - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

If you need any further assistance or have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Could you share a bit more information on where you hit a dead end, get stuck and if applicable, what (error-)message or denial you are getting on your request?

There are multiple factors in being able to created a Fabric trial and one of them is as you suggested / jested that the Fabric Admin must have enabled the use of Fabric trials in the tennant settings in the Fabric Admin portal. This you could address with the admin in the tennant your are trying to get a trial in. If this does not solve your issue, please share more detailed information about the issues you are running into.
