ICM s in Fabric using Activator

Iam using Activator to monitor pipelines and send alerts currently we are sending Teams Notification but we want to create ICM incidents, how can we configure ICM

If you're already using Activator to send Teams notifications, you're halfway there. To create ICM incidents instead, you'll need to configure an ICM connector within your Activator setup. Here's a general outline:

  1. Set up the ICM connector in your Azure environment. You’ll need the ICM connector resource and proper permissions to create incidents.
  2. In your Activator rule, change the action from Teams to ICM. You’ll need to provide the ICM connector ID and map the required fields like title, severity, and routing ID.
  3. Make sure your workspace has the necessary permissions to invoke the ICM connector.

Also, double-check if your Fabric environment has the ICM integration enabled — some tenants might need additional configuration.

Hi @burakkaragoz , I we already using one connector id and routingid in synapse, so I changed to Action to ICM incident in activator and used same connectorid and routing id which we used in Synapse but test action is failing, Iam not sure what is wrong and how to check Fabric environment has the ICM integration enabled? Could you please help me on this
