Fabric pipeline error capacity id does not exist.
When I'm trying to run a fabric pipeline for my data orchestration which as follows:
1. Refresh semantic model
On success
2. Run pyspark notebook.
My first activity is getting successful but the notebook activity gives me below error:

Hello @Offshore262
Could you check if both the notebook and its attached environment reside in workspaces assigned to the same Fabric capacity.
If using a custom environment, recreate it in the same workspace/capacity as the notebook.
If alignment is correct but the error persists, restart the Fabric capacity to clear transient state issues
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, worth submitting a support ticket with details about your capacity SKU, workspace IDs, and pipeline configuration

I tried creating new environment in same workspace but the issue did not resolved and I don't have admin access to restart the fabric capacity. Could there be any other way I can restart the fabric capacity without admin rights?
