Hello,
Is there a way to determine how much storage space is on a Shared Workspace in Fabric capacity? So if I have 20 semantic models with x number of mB per model what is the limit calculation?
Solved! Go to Solution.
what limit? According to Arun Ulag "Storage is Free, as in F SKU free". Means a F64 capacity has 64 TB of storage allowance.
Hi @
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft fabric community forum.
Thank you @lbendlin , for your response regarding the issue.
In Microsoft Fabric, there’s no fixed size limit for one Shared Workspace. The total storage used includes all items like semantic models, reports, Lakehouse files, notebooks, etc.For example, 20 models of 200 MB each = around 4 GB. Don’t forget to count other items too.
If you're using trial Fabric capacity, the total limit is around 1 TB. For paid SKUs like F64 or F128, the limit is higher.
To check storage:
Go to Workspace > Settings > Premium > View Metrics Or if you're an admin: Admin Portal > Capacity Settings > Storage
If my response was helpful, consider clicking "Accept as Solution" and give us "Kudos" so that other community members can find it easily. Let me know if you need any more assistance.

Harshitha.
