Fabric Native Deployment Pipeline Power BI Report Download Bug

When deploying a report to test stage (for example) in a deployment pipeline - users get an error when trying to download a local copy.

Hi @NadimDB 

 

To my knowledge, this is not a bug, but rather a current limitation. The limitation is listed in this article:

 

 

Also in the second link: 

  • Downloading a .pbix file after deployment isn't supported.
  • After deployment, downloading a semantic model (from the stage it was deployed to) isn't supported.

 

Some users raised ideas about this feature requirement, please vote up them via below links:

Microsoft Idea: Need to download the report after using pipeline deployment

Microsoft Idea: Unable to download pbix file.
