Fabric Licensing - Pay As you Go?

Hi!

I'm currently running Fabric as a trial.  I want to create courses to promote Fabric,as I have done for other MSFT products on Udemy.  I really cant afford enterprise type licensing.

Given my trial is about to expire, I'm hessitant to release any courses, as I won't be able to support them unless I have a fabric environment.

Are there "small" and affordable capacities available for course creators?  If not, can we consider.  I don't mind paying, but I can pay $100's.  I need to do pay-as-you-go as I have with Azure in general.

Thanks,

Kris.

Hi @kwenzel yes there are PAYG Fabric capacities that you can create within Azure and assign to any relevant workspaces in Fabric.

https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/microsoft-fabric/

You can pause/resume the capacities whenever you need to use them, you'll only be charged for the time they are active

Hi,

I just tried to create a new fabric capacity and get the following message:

Unsupported account

You cannot create a Microsoft capacity using a personal account. Use your organizational account instead

My login has a pay-as-you go subscription.  What are next steps?

I got this resolved.  I needed to create a user within the tenant.
