You have to get the Capacity ID from the capacities settings

Last week I too faced the similar problem, but I recommend you to check the follwoing stepsto resolve your issue.

Verify Capacity Usage- If your Fabric workspaace is set to use dedicated capacity, the app migoht not be visible. Some users have found that switchiing it to shared capacity makes the app show up. You can try changing this setting to see if it helps.
Check your Semantic Model Settings - After reinstailling, open the semantic model settings. Then, update the parameters, change the data soucre credentials, and refresh the dataset. Some users have found that doing these steps fixes the issue.
Check your capacity limits - If you used up all your availiable capacity, the app might have stopped working aruond the same time. It could just be a coincidence, but it's a good idea to checek your capacity usage to be sure.
