Fabric Backup Policies

Hi,

I'm getting familiar with Azure SQL Server backups and I'm wondering how Fabric backs up our Lakehouses and Data Warehouses.

Are there similar concepts like automated backups, point-in-time recovery, and retention policies? I've not seen any documentation or releases on this, I'm well aware that the product is not in general release yet but would like to hear if anyone has any insights or best practices you can share?

Currently this feature is not available in Microsoft Fabric. Appreciate if you could share the feedback on our feedback channel. Which would be open for the user community to upvote & comment on. This allows our product teams to effectively prioritize your request against our existing feature backlog and gives insight into the potential impact of implementing the suggested feature.
