Extract Task Flow as image for documentation purpose

Not aware of any plans to make this visualization more useful for product or workspace documentation at this time, I thought you might want to submit feedback on Home.
There are the following suggestions on how to organize workspaces in Fabric:
One common approach is to use the Medallion architecture, which includes Raw, Silver, and Gold layers. Each layer can have its own workspace and lake warehouse all in one.
Another approach is to provide a separate workspace for each data source, with each Medallion layer in each workspace having a Lake Barn in one.
You can also use a workspace for each medal layer and use a structure to organize data from different sources within the Lake Warehouse.

Taskflow in Fabric is not an image and you cannot export it as an image at this time, you can use a screenshot tool to put it into a document, but that is not what Taskflow does.
Fabric Taskflow is a workspace preview feature that allows you to visualize your workflow by laying out tasks and connectors on a canvas and assigning items to tasks. This gives us a clearer picture of how projects are related and collaborate with each other, and makes navigation easier.
After placing a task on the canvas, you can assign items to it to help structure and organize your work. By assigning items to tasks in the task flow, you can use the task flow to quickly see how items in the workspace work together and get a clear picture of what you are working on in the workspace.
For each item you see in the item list, you can view the item type and the tasks it is assigned to, if any.
When you select a task, the list of items is filtered to show only the items assigned to that task.
