Hi @premkumar08 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

To resolve this error, check if your credentials for the data source are up-to-date and have the required permissions. If necessary, update your credentials or contact your system administrator.
Check if the on-premises data gateway is running correctly and configured properly. If there are issues with the on-premises service, this could be causing connection problems. Try restarting or updating the gateway.
Can you clarify what do you mean by this"But i can see the PowerBi from other plant".

If this post was helpful, please give us Kudos and consider marking Accept as solution to assist other members in finding it more easily.

Regards,
Menaka

Hi @premkumar08 ,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

If changes were made to the data model, such as the removal of columns or tables, the visual may no longer be able to access the required data.
Sometimes, simply refreshing the visual can resolve temporary issues.

If this post was helpful, please give us Kudos and consider marking Accept as solution to assist other members in finding it more easily.

Hi @premkumar08

Could you please share more details about this error.

The error message you're encountering is a common issue that can occur for various reasons. Here are some potential causes :

Possible Causes

  1. Data Source Connection Issues: The connection to your data source may be interrupted or experiencing problems
  2. Query Complexity: Your query may be too complex for the service to process within the allowed time limit
  3. Data Volume: The amount of data being queried might exceed the service limits
  4. Permissions: You may lack the necessary permissions to access the data or the dataset
  5. Gateway Issues: If you're using an on-premises data gateway, it might be misconfigured or offline
  6. Service Outage: There could be a temporary issue with the Microsoft Fabric service itself
