Ensuring Sequential Dataflows and Dataset Refresh in Power BI

I have a dataframe like this,

bexy_0-1720772588355.png

Using the Power BI API, dataset refreshes are occurring without the completion of dataflow refreshes, which is not desirable. Is there a dynamic solution to ensure that a dataset refresh only starts after all its dependent dataflows have successfully completed?

Power Automate is not a viable solution since dataflows and datasets are frequently created in the workspace on a daily basis,

making it impractical to create new flows every day.

Please suggest a dynamic and future-proof solution. Thank you.

Hi @bexy ,

You might consider using Power Flow to solve your problem.
