Deployment Pipeline failed shown in UI but Item are changed

Hi Fabricators, 

we are experience strange behavior with deployment pipelines in a client project. One of our users received a failure message during deployment and since then, the pipline looks like this:

When we try to deploy items, the following error is displayed:

Nevertheless, the deployed items are being properly changed in the target workspace (dev/prod). Therefore, the deployment pipeline works on a technical side, but appears to have failed in the UI. 

Has anyone experience similiar behavior and knows how to fix this issue? Previously, I did this by unassigning and reassigning the workspace from/to the pipeline. However, we don't wanna risk deleting deployment rules and having to redo these so any alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

thanks, we opened a ticket and will see how to resolve it with the MS support. Will share if there is an actual solution to this problem.

Hi @ObungiNiels 

Is this new UI or Old one ?

If new ,please try switching back to old one  and run the pipeline again, as New UI is not very stable , lot of known issues with it .

thanks for your comment. It is the old UI I was using as shown in the screenshot. However, the failure arises when using any of the two interfaces.
