Hi,
If I delete an item in my workspace e.g. a notebook, I don't seem to be able to use that name again. I deleted a notebook with the default name "Notebook 1" and now it starts new Notebooks with "Notebook 2". Can this be fixed?
Thanks

Hi @bosho
Thanks for using Microsoft Fabric Community.
I recreated the scenario and successfully reused the previously deleted notebook name. Find the screenshots for reference.
Created Notebook5:
Deleted from my workspace:
Recreate the Notebook with the same name Notebook5 (It won't allow us to create immediately, so please wait for sometime and recreate):
Note : When you create new Notebook, by default it will be created in sequence order this is an expected behaviour. But you can rename the Notebook as per your requirement.
If the issue still persists, please do let us know. Glad to help.
I hope this information helps.
Thank you.

Thanks, yes I can see that now, didn't know it's just a question of waiting a bit.
