We have observed a significant increase in costs this month. After conducting an investigation, we found that Dataflow Standard Compute Capacity Usage CU is the largest cost contributor on the bill.
Based on this, we would like to clarify the following questions:
Is Dataflow Standard Compute Capacity Usage CU covered under an F64 capacity?
Which cost items or billing meters are covered by the F64 capacity purchase?
What is the maximum number of Capacity Units (CUs) supported by an F64 capacity?

--> Is Dataflow Standard Compute Capacity Usage CU covered under an F64 capacity?
Yes, Datafllow gen2 workloads consume CUs from your reserved Fabric capacity. So, if you're using F64 capacity it incldues 64Cus., which are used for all compute intensive operations across MS Fabric such as Dataflows standard compute, notebooks, and smenatic mdoel processing.
--> Which cost items or billing meters are covered by the F64 capacity purchase?
As per F64 capapcity, the follwing billing meters are covered
-Dataflow Standard Compute Capacity Usage CU
-Notebook Compute Capacity Usage CU
-Pipeline Compute Capacity Usage CU
-Semantic Model Processing Capacity Usage CU
-KQL Query Capacity Usage CU
-Real-Time Analytics Capacity Usage CU
-Data Activator Capacity Usage CU

--> What is the maximum number of Capacity Units (CUs) supported by an F64 capacity?
F64 capapcity provides exactly 64 CUs per hour ., this is a fixed allocation. Kindly go through this accpeted solution Solved: Understanding Capacity Units (CU) - Microsoft Fabric Community You will get clarity
Finally I would conclude your Data flow gen2 consuming High CUs becuase, it may have complex transfformations, large volumes, freiquent refreshes. Please use MSFabric built-in monitoring to identiify peak usage times and high-cost operations.KIndly go through this link Troubleshooting guide - Monitor and identify capacity usage - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn It may helps you/

Just to complete, you have a F64, and computation is measured in 30 seconds : so 64*30 = 1920 CU/30 secs.
Proportionnally, F64 capapcity provides exactly 230,400 CU/hour.
