Hello,
I have started using fabric recently and i am very confused about the permissions and ownership patterns. The infra team which created the fabric told me that i have been given the admin access.
But when i go the Connections and Gateway page, i am not able to see any component created by my team (Is it normal ?). As an admin, i thought i should be able to see all the gateways created and update them if required.
I asked my team to share the gateway with me and then i was able to see the gateway, but only as read only. I still cannot modify the gateway. I am not able to understand what am i missing here. Any pointers on this would be highly appreciated.
Thanks

Dear @ss1986 ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.
As @Wikkleyn_81 mentioned, enabling the tenant administration toggle will allow you to view all on-premises gateways within the tenant.
In addition to Wikkleyn 81's post, even though you have admin access, you need to be the owner of a specific gateway to edit it.
To resolve this issue, you can request your team to assign you as the owner of the gateway. Once assigned, you will have the necessary permissions to make the required updates.
If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach us.
If this solution resolves your query, we would greatly appreciate it if you could give us Kudos and mark it as the accepted solution, as it may help other members in the community.
Best regards,

Hi @ss1986 When you are in the Connections and Gateways page, there is a Tenant administration toggle in the top right. When you select this, you will be able to see all the on-prem gateway in the tenant.
