Hi NikhilMysari, I also couldn't find any option to set alerts in the monitor hub directly (only in the realtime hub). I believe that the answer that was marked ("Configure alerts for transformation failures") is generally correct (since there are many ways to set up alerts for failure, depending on the chosen artifact), but the explanation isn't correct.
I also saw at least one question in the free practice exam where the explanation was off and gave answeres that didn't really match the options or question itself.
