Could you please let me know if Microsoft has any plans or intentions to deploy Fabric in mainland China?

As of now, Microsoft Fabric is not available in mainland China. Microsoft Azure services in China are operated by 21Vianet, which is a physically separated instance of cloud services. 

However, Microsoft regularly updates its roadmap and service availability, so it’s possible that future plans could include expanding Fabric to new regions. You can keep an eye on the Microsoft Fabric Roadmap for the latest updates. Currently, there is no specific mention of plans to deploy Microsoft Fabric in mainland China in the publicly available roadmap.
