Correct Legal Name for certification

Hii, 

I am Himanshu, from India. I want to schedule my DB600 exam but it is asking me for last name for certification. As my no government ID has my last name it only uses my first name, but while scheduling exam i cannot proceed without last name.

 

Can anyone help me out with my issue.

    Hi himansh_ulamba,

    It sounds like your account include special characters that can't be passed by exam verifications. For this scenario, I'd like to suggest you contact to the exam support to report this scenario.
