- Ensure that all instances of the Eventhouse are indeed deactivated. Sometimes, there may be multiple instances, and if one remains active, it could still be sending updates to the RTD.
- Double-check if the Eventhouse deactivation propagated correctly. Sometimes changes can take a few moments to apply or might require a manual refresh to reflect the updated state.
- If the dashboard is still refreshing, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if the issue persists. Sometimes, cached data can cause unexpected behaviour.
