Azure Monitor integration
Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse integrate nicely with azure monitor, defining various metrics and logs on top of which alerts can be defined. As far as I can tell this is not available in Fabric, nor do any serious monitoring and alerting alternatives exist. How are we supposed to monitor and be notified for things like failed runs etc.?

Data Activator claims to cover some of that. As of now it does it rather poorly.

At this time, there is no comprehensive monitoring solution comparable to Azure Monitor in Fabric.
Please submit this idea to help Fabric do better.
