Authentication problems with work account.

Cannot log into work account and accordingly no access to Microsoft Fabrsc, Power BI sevice. Problem with Authenticator.
I have a trial license. And before that I successfully worked in the account.
It is recommended to contact the administrator in my organization. But I am the administrator in the organization.
I have studied the information materials offered to solve two-factor authentication problems and tried all the options.
I also read the messages on the forum and the recommended materials too.
The situation is repeating itself in a circle. Changing the password-authenticator and so on. But I can not get into the account.
How to solve the problem?

    Hi Svi_Bi

Have you tried logging into your account using the Authenticator app on your smart phone? If you're having trouble with the Microsoft Authenticator app, try reinstalling it.

Set up an authenticator app as a two-step verification method - Microsoft Support

If you have tried all options but still failed, and you don't have another organization administrator to help you, the only option is to contact phone support team and ask them to escalate your issue to data protection team they will further assist you. Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

If you have other work or school account, you can use that account to create a support ticket to contact support team. If your colleagues can create a support ticket, you can ask them to help create one then ask the support engineer to help with it further.

      Thanks for the answer.

I went through the specified links again and tried to do everything as described again.

At the moment, the problem with access to the work account has not been resolved.

The system does not allow me to create another work account from the same domain.
I cannot contact technical support. I do not have access to the Fabric portal, since I was the only administrator.
When trying to contact the support service by phone, I cannot get past the answering machine.
I often receive messages like "Purview Hub (automatically generated) data refresh disabled" to my work address..., there were unfinished and undeleted exercises in Fabric (no access).
Thus, I cannot switch from the trial period to another functionality or delete training materials. In general, no actions on the portal are possible on behalf of my organization (domain), and I cannot log in to my work account.
I understand that security is very important, but I wanted it to be provided without such problems.

"Support" from Microsoft is a separate topic altogether...

And after such an experience, how would I answer the question "Would you recommend Microsoft Fabric" ...

        Hi Svi_Bi

I understand your frustration with the support experience.

Microsoft Fabric's authentication and management are handled by Microsoft Entra ID.
