All notebooks stopped working, need help!

Hi, sometimes all notebooks will just stop working, it stays on "Starting Session" for minutes until it stops and doesnt connect.

After 8-10 minutes it gives me this error:

It happened yesterday too, but it started working again after ~30 minutes, today its been like this for 1-2 hours and i can't run any code.

Someone have any idea on how to fix it?

Apologies for the issue you have been facing. I would like to check are you still facing this issue?
As we know currently Fabric is in preview it is difficult to tell what could be the reason for this performance. I would request you to wait for sometime and try again as it may be due to some outage issue.

If the issue still persists, let us know I will check with internal team.
