visually indicate which power query steps have comments

When we add comments to Power Query steps it isn't obvious that the comments exist. A flag of some sort would be great https://twitter.com/wynhopkins/status/1008913539581411328

today we can manually add a step. I would like to see a button that adds a "Comment" step. That way we can see it in the steps on the right side. Seems like this would be pretty easy to add.
