This system is dumb.  Why don't you just post the date and time of outage.  Those crazy  bubbles really don't make any sense to me.  Just give me a date, times of outage and what is affected.   You really need a training course to know what you are looking at.  Isn't one of our goals to make things easier and more efficient.
