Need the capability to define static data sources that is one time load. Example: Am creating a combination data set that involves a dynamic data pulled from web and a one time excel data loaded for custom data. Upon refresh, Power BI currently tries to refresh all sources and fails since it cannot connect to static data source that is on prem. Need the capability to specify what data sources need to be refreshed when using the refresh button in power bi desktop
