skip/ignore option for failed data source

In case when the data source is of a minor importance in the whole model, it would be helpful if we had the option to set that specific data source as skip/ignore in case of failure and "rollback" to the last succeeded loaded data. Currently if one data source fails it fails the entire model. Also add notification/mail for that issue in the service when it happens.
