We have an saas based electronic billing application used by over 800 companies. We place report data files out on SFTP sites for each client. Is it possible to access data files on SFTP sites from Power BI?

- We also have instances where it would be nice to import data from a SFTP site. This is available in competing products (clicdata.com).
- ftp is considered less secure and it is being banned from several companies as a mean of sharing internal information. please consider adding a SFTP module for accessing files.
- SFTP file / folder connectivity would be awesome regarding reporting based on syslogs, etc.

- Please Add SFTP connector. All other tools have this option, it would be amazing if Power BI gets it.
- Please add this connector. We receive all external data via SFTP and being able to connect Power Query and Power Bi directly to the server would be extremely helpful.
