send report or dashboard as email

We are using Power BI for our Service Analysis and as a Service Engineer I need the refreshed Exception Report in my Mail box first thing in the morning. I can achieve this through SSRS. Need to have this in Power BI too.

Great news! We have our management team connected online and mobile to PowerBI. This feature will come in handy when they do not have a reliable WiFi connection (like on some regional plane flights) and they want a snapshot of the data. thank you for making this a CY2016 deliverable!

Looks like im forced to abandon PowerBi as the tool to use. Still no update on this feature. Maybe PowerBi doesnt realize this software is being used in the real world. A world where not everybody is de tech savvy drilldown click sort of guy. Even higher up in management, they dont have the time to click around apps, doesnt matter how cool it looks. We need a simple solution to inform employees without the need of an app a website or other stuff. Everybody reads their mail, everybody knows how it works. So why is this still not implemented!? I will be looking into Qlik and Tableau as well.

I think its good as a begining, but powerbi should plan for conditional mailing as well, which will make it more smarter. Requirement to see the dashboard, when certain values has gone less than some predecided value or greater than some value is always required.

Will subscription to a report require PowerBI Pro or Power BI free for the person receiving the email? Hope we'll be able to just send reports and dashboard snapshots to any email address regardless if they have a PowerBI account, like in SSRS.

i have ended all licences for our company and will not even consider looking at power BI again until this feature is implemented. This should have been something that existed from day dot.

It's really dissapointing. I've been hoping for the eta mentioned before. Instead of this feature, you get forecasting this update... How do you go ahead and decide to plan forecasting before something so basic as this, i cant get my hear around it.
