scheduled export of a report to pdf

It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

Why do you wish to restrict us, why cant you let us do everything that we are used to doing in all other Microsoft Applications. Give us the choice and let us do what we want, rather than trying to control us with a Big Brother attitude. It must be taking you more effort to restrict what we do rather than giving us a free reign.

Would be great if the selected views / graphs can print landscape / portrait or multiple to a page like from within PowerPoint. An option to include slicer / filter details optionally as notes will be awesome as well. The primary use case here is to be able to take these on paper to a meeting with technologically challenged users, especially executives who do not carry their laptops / tablets to meetings.

Be able to export entire pages/tabs. Allow to choose what slicers and filters and then export in that view.

The ability to export to PDF, excel or CSV all need to be able to export the full report. Specifically needing to be able to export with context to parameter/slicer values. If I schedule a report to run weekly I want to generate separate files for each slicer option

A good first cut would be to be able to print out to pdf 1) from the ribbon an option which would print the full report page layout with all slicers and their selections viewable and appliced, just as on the page, and 2) from a visual's ... menu an option to print to pdf that specific visual, not showing which slicers are involved. That should be much more achievable for a first round, and can be built upon in future renditions.

We need the entire report print. if one report has 500 records in tabular format, entire records should be printed with all pages.

Hi Sirui. I have managers who would love this feature. It would be great to have option to schedule a full report and be able to apply filters that you have identified during the report creation process. The option the schedule a one-time report or reoccurring schedule based on a frequency would be great. also, the key is going to be the schedules ability to refresh the report in connection with the distribution.

Hi Sirui, I need to send out the full report each month as a powerpoint / pdf and currently have to print screen as it is over the limit. Having a full report extract with custom visuals as well would be excellent! Thank you.

I have a table which has lots of data. But since the list is too long it has a vertical scrollbar. and I need to take the printout so all the data is printed irrespective of the length of the document. Requesting he feature in power bi to get the entire list printed.
