scheduled export of a report to pdf

It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

Please see Tableau's print to PDF capability as a baseline. You can add borders, headings and footers. Essentially, people want to be able to print out PDF's for board meetings, which have to be in a specific look and format. The more customisable the better. Today, people have to export data out of PowerBI into Excel OR grab screenshots to reformat a page layout which defeats the purpose.

"entire report, or just a page, dashboard vs. report," Should be able to do any of the above - not "or." how important is it to have specific filter/slicer states, etc. Nice to have, but getting a functioning PDF export most important.

Being able to create a pdf as required would make Power BI a far more powerful tool. As I am sure the majority of people will have the ability to edit a pdf, I feel it is irrelevant whether we want one page or a full report! Apologies for being negative but I cannot believe it is taking so long to add this feature

Apart from the PDF, There should be option to send Excel Report File as an Email.

It would be helpful for users to set the slicers, filters they needed then export a report of the data that applies

In my case, we expand the table data in a report to full screen and want to export all the data to PDF. If you print -> saves as -> it gives only current page. I'm looking to export all of the data from that table to email or print. Any data not shown due to size you use a scroll bar but when I try to print or save as I only get the data currently shown on the page. My goal is to export multiple pages which includes all data from the table or matrix in a report to PDF. Similar to what Deepa has requested.

Multi-page reports export is super, super important here. Otherwise, it will be just like printing a dashboard and sending it to a PDF file printer. The ability to specify your filters is important too.

This is another of those desperately annoying features that means trying to slowly move SSRS reports onto PowerBI hits a really basic functionality brick wall. Would love to see it investigated.

The ability to schedule exports/email subscriptions based on filters would be the ideal state. Exporting all pages or individual pages of a report, would be a great option as well.

From the Service - At a minimum need to print entire dashboard to PDF. Would also like to be able to print all pages of a report with current filters. From Desktop - ability to print all, selected or single pages to PDF
