recover data from a list sharepoint online

Hi i am trying to recover data from a list SharePoint online via power bi the problem is that when the extraction has finished, some of data are replaced by the term "record", it is as if the data were protected, i have tried by using ssis and the result is the same, do you know what is the problem and how we can solve it? thank you in advance

Hello Sabrina, This is by design and indicates there are multiple child columns in that columns and you need to expand that data out. Thanks Chuck
