random data sample power query

Enable an import of a random sample from a data source into Power Query. When loading the top 1000 rows, this tends to obfuscate data types and issues that may be in columns further down, especially when dealing with historical datasets with columns added at later stages and older data predominantly contains null values in these columns. It also masks the opportunity for proper transformation due to the lack of values.
